Proposal for ACG Brands, prepared for Chris Kircher and Mike Hoyles
Six teams. One marketing department. Nothing falls through the cracks.
This is the starting point: your six teams, already in an app.
Version 0: a proposal, not a spec. Your teams reshape every screen, starting in discovery.
Now imagine it after
8 weeks
working on it together, with every team using its own app from week 2 and every request turned into the next version.
What changes when marketing runs on one system.
0
parallel trackers. One version of the truth for Nebo and Halo, across every team.
1 click
to see where every launch, listing and partnership stands, without asking anyone.
100%
of the work with an owner and a date. If it’s not in monday, it didn’t happen.
Live
scorecard for the leadership team and the board, without anyone building the report.
Red first
anything off track rolls up to its parent project automatically, worst case first.
Every market
the international team works inside the same apps, with the view of its own markets.
The structure stays the same as the team grows: new hires get their app on day one.
Your data lives in monday. Each team works in its own app.
ACG team apps
Your data in monday
One app per team. International and partners work inside them.
Chris decides, five global teams execute, all on the same data. The international team and outside partners work inside the app of the team they support.
Leadership
Approves each campaign’s creative budget, how many assets and the split by channel. Portfolio, performance and the board view.
Chris Kircher. Read-only view for Matt Clegg.
Digital Marketplace
The ADAP roadmap with its stage gates, Amazon and retailer listings, suppressions, Merchant Center compliance and promotions.
Mike Hoyles, Mallory Lyon. International: Jon Daves. Partner: ROI Revolution.
Creative
Requests from the brand teams, packaging, retail displays, digital assets and content, through review and approval to delivery.
Creative Director (to be hired), Kevin Smith, Kyle Smith, Elias De La Torre Castro. International: Matt Clark. Content partners.
Brand Management
The plan for Nebo and for Halo: heroes, launches, drop calendar, and new customers and share against target.
Stephen Hersack, Halo manager (to be hired). International: Tom Willmington.
Partnerships
Artists, creators and ambassadors, from first contact to agreement, gifting, UGC and TikTok Shop content.
Partnerships Manager and Social and Influencer Coordinator (to be hired).
Operations
Launch calendar, marketing budget, go-to-market timing with sales, product and retail, and the allocation plan by channel, in-store displays with sales and retail, and the weekly files behind the scorecard.
Rebekah Horton, Jason Krause.
One campaign moves through every team. Nobody types it twice.
The flow we built at Dunlop: the brand asks, Chris sets the creative budget and the channels, Operations allocates it, Creative produces and the channels take it live. The reports exported from each ad platform bring the results back.
24 assets and $240K across 9 channels
Packaging, retail display and social content delivered
Listings live with no suppressions, promotion scheduled
The more your team asks, the more they use it.
Every “can we?” gets paid twice
Once in money, quoted as a separate change order. Once in usage, because the boards get more complex and the team opens them less and less.
Every “can we?” is already paid
It goes into the next version of the app, with nothing to quote. We build with AI and our own agent infrastructure, so each improvement lands in days, not months. And because your team asked for it, they use it from day one.
Eight weeks, with every team testing its own app from week two.
This schedule comes as a live tracker, per app and per week, in red, yellow and green. You can check in any time and see exactly where we are.
It’s the whole program. Each team learns by using its own app from week 2, with us next to them every week.
In production in week 4 and final on December 18: inside the window you need before the March 31 milestone.
Version 0 today. Five versions, shaped by your teams.
Each version comes from watching the team use the one before. Every change or feature a team asks for inside its app goes into the next version, already paid.
Rebekah Horton approves each version for the program, with one owner per app.
Your program, at a fixed price for the eight weeks.
